Community Guidelines

Effective date: May 23, 2026

Zavrah is a place to hang out, build communities, and express yourself. To keep it that way, we all need to follow a few ground rules. These guidelines apply to everyone — server owners, members, creators, and visitors alike.

TL;DR: Be kind. Be safe. Be honest. If you wouldn't say it to someone's face, don't say it here.

Welcome to Zavrah

These Community Guidelines explain what we expect from everyone on Zavrah. They work alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Breaking these rules can result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, content removal, server shutdown, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

We know communities are complex. Context matters. We review reports carefully and try to make fair decisions, but at the end of the day, we have final say on what's acceptable on our platform.

Respect & Harassment

Zavrah should feel welcoming, not hostile. We don't tolerate behavior that targets individuals or groups with the intent to intimidate, demean, or drive them away.

Don't:

  • Harass, bully, or repeatedly target someone with unwanted messages, pings, or threads
  • Stalk someone across servers or DMs after they've made it clear they want space
  • Doxx anyone — posting private info like home addresses, phone numbers, or real names without consent
  • Coordinate attacks, brigading, or dogpiling against a user or server
  • Use slurs, insults, or dehumanizing language as a weapon against someone
  • Create alt accounts to evade blocks or continue harassment
  • Sexually harass anyone — unwanted sexual comments, advances, or content directed at a specific person

If someone is bothering you, use the tools: block, mute, report, and leave the server. If the behavior persists, report it to us.

Hate Speech

We draw a hard line at hate speech. We don't allow content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against people based on who they are.

Don't post content that:

  • Attacks people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Promotes hate groups, extremist ideologies, or supremacist movements
  • Glorifies violence against people because of their identity
  • Uses dehumanizing comparisons, coded language, or dog whistles to spread bigotry

Satire, comedy, and criticism of ideas are fine. Attacking people based on identity is not.

Threats, Violence & Self-Harm

We take real-world harm seriously. Anything that crosses the line into encouraging or threatening violence gets immediate action.

Don't:

  • Make credible threats of violence against a person or group
  • Share content that glorifies, encourages, or instructs others to commit violence or terrorism
  • Share graphic violence or real-world gore without clear educational or news context
  • Encourage or instruct self-harm or suicide — this includes "pro-ana," self-harm glorification, or telling someone to "kys"
  • Share detailed instructions for making weapons, explosives, or carrying out attacks

If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a crisis helpline. In the U.S., call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

NSFW Content

We allow adult content in properly labeled servers with age restrictions enabled. We do not allow it in public, unmarked, or minor-accessible spaces.

Don't:

  • Post sexually explicit content (nudity, sexual acts, or pornography) in channels or servers without an age-restricted label
  • Share non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn") — this is illegal and an instant permanent ban
  • Sexualize minors in any form — fictional, animated, or described. This includes "loli," "shota," or any content that sexualizes children
  • Share sexual content involving real people without their clear consent
  • Use sexually explicit avatars, banners, server icons, or cosmetic content in spaces accessible to minors

Server owners: if your server contains adult content, you must label it properly and enforce age restrictions. Failing to do so may result in your server being removed.

Minors Safety

Zavrah is for users 13 and up. We take extra steps to protect minors from harm, grooming, and exploitation.

Don't:

  • Target minors with sexual content, grooming behavior, or requests for private info or photos
  • Create servers or channels designed to sexualize, exploit, or endanger children
  • Share personal information about minors (real names, schools, locations) without parental consent
  • Coordinate meetups or real-world interactions between adults and minors through our platform
  • Encourage minors to break platform rules or hide activity from parents/guardians

If you are under 13, you may not use Zavrah. If we discover an underage account, we will delete it and associated data. Parents: if your child is using Zavrah under 13, contact us at abuse@zavrah.com.

Scams, Fraud & Impersonation

We want Zavrah to be a place you can trust. Don't try to trick, steal from, or impersonate others.

Don't:

  • Run scams, pyramid schemes, "get rich quick" schemes, or fake giveaways
  • Phish for login credentials, payment info, or personal data
  • Impersonate Zavrah staff, moderators, celebrities, brands, or other users with the intent to deceive
  • Sell or trade accounts, server ownership, cosmetics, or roles for real money outside official features
  • Distribute malware, malicious links, or files designed to harm devices or steal data
  • Fake verified status, badges, or earnings to mislead others
  • Use bots or scripts to artificially inflate metrics, manipulate markets, or evade bans

If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. Report suspicious activity immediately.

Server Moderation

Servers on Zavrah are run by their owners and moderators. We empower communities to self-govern — but with that power comes responsibility.

Server owners and moderators should:

  • Set clear rules for your server and enforce them consistently
  • Label age-restricted or NSFW content appropriately
  • Remove content and users that violate Zavrah's Terms or Community Guidelines
  • Respond to reports from server members in a timely manner
  • Use moderation bots and tools appropriately — don't abuse them to harass or silence users unfairly

Server owners and moderators must not:

  • Allow their server to become a hub for illegal activity, harassment, or hate speech
  • Retaliate against users for reporting violations or disagreeing with moderation decisions
  • Sell server access, roles, or moderation privileges for real money
  • Use moderation tools to stalk, dox, or otherwise harm members

If your server repeatedly violates our rules or becomes a vector for abuse, we may warn you, restrict features, or shut it down entirely.

Reporting & Enforcement

See something that breaks the rules? Report it. We review every report seriously, though we can't promise every report will result in the outcome you expect.

How to report:

  • Use the in-app report button on messages, profiles, servers, or content
  • Email us at abuse@zavrah.com for sensitive or complex issues
  • For immediate danger or illegal content (CSAM, credible threats), contact law enforcement in your area

What happens when you report:

  • Our Trust & Safety team reviews the report and surrounding context
  • We may warn, suspend, ban, or remove content depending on severity and history
  • For severe or repeated violations, accounts may be terminated without warning
  • We may share information with law enforcement when legally required or necessary to prevent serious harm

Abuse of the report system: Filing false reports, spamming the report button, or using reports to harass others is itself a violation and may result in penalties against the reporter.

Appeals: If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, you can appeal through the in-app appeals system. Include context, timestamps, and any relevant screenshots. Our team will review it and get back to you. Not all decisions are reversible, but we do our best to be fair.

These guidelines aren't exhaustive. Use your best judgment, be excellent to each other, and help us keep Zavrah a place where everyone wants to stick around.
