DMCA Policy & Copyright Notices

Effective: May 23, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Zavrah respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Zavrah platform that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

Notifications of claimed copyright infringement must be sent to Zavrah's Designated Copyright Agent:

Zavrah — Copyright Agent

Email: dmca@zavrah.com

Subject line: DMCA Notice

Only notices submitted to the above address will be processed. Other inquiries (general support, abuse reports, etc.) will not receive a DMCA response.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To be effective, your notice must be a written communication that includes substantially the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient for us to locate it (e.g., the full Zavrah URL, server name, channel, message, or post link).
  4. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Misrepresentations in a DMCA notice may subject you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with the Designated Copyright Agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which you reside (or the Northern District of California if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Zavrah has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts and servers belonging to users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the platform or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
