Refund & Purchases Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Purchases Policy explains how purchases work on Zavrah, including boosts, cosmetics, and creator payouts. By making a purchase on Zavrah, you agree to this policy.

All prices are displayed in your local currency where available. You are responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

2. Digital Goods

Zavrah sells digital goods and services only. Nothing on Zavrah is a physical product. When you purchase a boost, cosmetic, or any other item, you are buying a digital license to use that item within the Zavrah platform.

You do not own the underlying intellectual property. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove digital items as needed for platform integrity, legal compliance, or feature changes.

3. Boosts

What boosts are: Boosts are temporary or one-time digital upgrades for your server or profile. Examples include increased visibility, custom invite backgrounds, or enhanced analytics.

How they work: Once activated, a boost applies immediately to the target server or profile. Boosts are time-limited (e.g., 1 month, 3 months) unless stated otherwise. They expire automatically at the end of their term.

Transfer and cancellation: Boosts cannot be transferred between accounts or servers. You can cancel recurring boosts at any time, and they will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Cosmetics

What cosmetics are: Cosmetics are visual customizations for your profile or server, including avatars, badges, themes, and backgrounds.

Purchases: Cosmetics are sold individually or in bundles. Once purchased, they are permanently unlocked for your account unless revoked for a violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Gifting: Some cosmetics may be giftable to other users. Gifted items cannot be returned or refunded by either party.

5. Creator Payouts

Eligibility: Creator payouts are available to users who meet our eligibility requirements, including verified accounts, a linked payout method, and compliance with our Terms of Service.

Payout schedule: Payouts are processed on a monthly basis, typically within 30 days after the close of each month. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

Revenue share: Zavrah retains a platform fee from creator earnings. The current revenue split is displayed in your Creator Dashboard.

Taxes: Creators are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on their earnings. We may withhold taxes or issue tax forms (e.g., 1099) as required by law.

Account issues: If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our policies, unpaid earnings may be forfeited or held pending review.

6. Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor for fraudulent transactions, including:

  • Stolen payment methods
  • Refund abuse or cycling
  • Exploitation of platform bugs for free items
  • Chargeback fraud
  • Selling accounts or purchased items outside the platform

If we detect fraud, we may:

  • Reverse the transaction and revoke the associated items
  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Report the activity to payment processors and law enforcement
  • Pursue legal action to recover losses

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your account until the dispute is resolved
  • Permanently ban your account for fraudulent chargebacks
  • Revoke all purchased items and boosts
  • Charge a dispute fee to cover processing costs

We strongly encourage you to reach out to billing@zavrah.com before filing a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved directly without involving your bank.

8. Refund Policy

General rule: no refunds. All purchases of digital goods on Zavrah are final. We do not offer refunds for boosts, cosmetics, or any other digital items except where required by applicable law.

Exceptions (where legally required):

  • If the item was not delivered or was materially different from what was described
  • If you are entitled to a refund under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
  • If the purchase was made by a minor without parental consent (subject to verification)
  • If required by a court order or binding arbitration decision

Accidental purchases: If you believe you made an accidental purchase, contact us within 48 hours at billing@zavrah.com. We review these on a case-by-case basis but are not obligated to issue refunds.

Subscriptions: You can cancel recurring subscriptions anytime from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate or refund partial subscription periods.

9. Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, contact us first at billing@zavrah.com. We aim to respond within 10 business days.

If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, it will be handled according to the arbitration and dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
